Cultural Director at Imagenko, Renaud Siegmann was first Executive Director of European Art Fair Monaco in 2016. Historian and art critic for over twenty years, he was also General Commissioner of Marrakech Art Fair in 2010 and 2011. Specializing in publishing, he participated in 2009 in the launch of the art magazine Diptyk published by the Moroccan Company of Works and Objects of Art (CMOOA). In charge of publishing, he started his career at Artcurial (1994-1998). After that, he became associate curator at Unesco (1998-2001), then cultural engineer for the Scottish Executive in Edinburgh (2001-2004). Art journalist for L’OEil, The Gazette Drouot, the french Art Newspaper, his writings have made him travel around the world since the year 2000 covering the emerging scenes in China, South Korea, Japan, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Turkey, Mo-rocco, Russia, Cuba, Brazil and Mexico. Author of art books, he has signed the official interviews with artist Praemium Imperial: Lee Ufan for his retrospective at the Guggenheim Museum in New York in spring 2011. Without omitting an anthology on modern art in the Kingdom of Bahrain released in the fall of 2015. A Master2 graduate at Sciences Politiques in Media Management, Renaud Siegmann has often intervened in Paris on the art market, at the Institute of Higher Studies of Art as at École du Louvre or Drouot-Formation.
